Crowbar Escape Essential Info

What exactly is an Escape Room?
- An escape room or escape game is usually a real-life adventure game in which players, as a team, are given a set amount of time to solve their way out of an immersive, fictional scenario using teamwork and logic by discovering clues, solving puzzles and working collaboratively.
- At Crowbar Escape, each team gets 90 minutes to escape and a designated game host (Game Master) to look after your game and help you along the way with cryptic clues and hints if you get stuck.
What is the best group size?
- We think our game is ideal for a group of between (2-5) two and five.
- If you’ve more than five people who want to play then why not split into two teams and have a friendly head to head competition?
What happens if I can’t solve the games?
- We want everyone to enjoy our games to the fullest.
- If you need a little helping hand our Game Master will help you along the way with cryptic clues and hints so you can complete the whole game.
Can we still come and play now when the COVID-19 virus is spreading?
- Absolutely!
- We want you to be able to safely experience our immersive adventure. Therefore we have taken measures to protect you and our team of hosts.
- Feeling under the weather? Do you have a sniffle? A cough? Or a cold? We know it’s probably nothing, but we still ask you to stay home.
- Concerning the wearing of masks, we fully support the Ministry of Health policy for the city of Belgrade and ask you to wear a mask during your visit, for your own safety as well as our host’s. If you do not have a face mask, we can provide them at the door. Your host will also be wearing a mask. We will also ask you to thoroughly wash your hands or use a hand sanitizer solution before entering the room and after finishing the game.
- If you prefer to wear gloves? Feel free to bring a pair. Everything should work when touched with a gloved hand.
- Once you have finished your game the room will be ventilated and cleaned for the next group.

Is your game available in English?
- Yes, our game is available both in English and Serbian languages.
- This means that English-speaking players can enjoy the game just as much as those who speak Serbian. Our Game Masters can also speak both of these languages fluently, so there's no point in worrying about language barriers.
- You can choose the preferred language while booking through the calendar.
How can I book a Game?
- We are open 7 days a week
  Monday through Friday from 14:00 - 21:30
  Sunday to Saturday from 11:30 - 21:30
- We accept online and phone reservations booked at least 4 hours in advance to check availability and reserve your game.

- Use our calendar to look up and select the date and the time slot. You can click here: BOOK. Our host will contact you during the day to confirm your reservation.
How long before my scheduled time do I need to arrive?
- In order to be considered "on time," it would be greatly appreciated if you can arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot so that our host can inform you about the game rules.
- Late arrivals may be admitted but your 90 minute window may be or not be extended, because you might invade in another group's time slot. Please try to arrive on time.
Can we do the experience with more than 5 at the same time?
- 5 players is our maximum.
- With more players the group dynamic changes and the experience isn’t as much fun.
- Due to strict regulations regarding COVID-19, we don’t make exceptions.
